We built Insights Copilot with the goal of democratizing insights from social media and making them easily accessible to everyone in your organization.
Insights Copilot is an AI assistant that lives right within the YouScan social media listening platform interface. It allows you to ask questions about your social listening data in natural language – similar to how you work with ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI-powered chatbots.
However, unlike these popular apps, Insights Copilot has access to the real-time social data collected by YouScan, enriched by our in-house AI tech with information about consumer sentiment, demographics, and more.
