This year, YouScan received two major workplace recognitions: we were named one of Europe’s Top 10 Inspiring Workplaces and made it to the Top 20 Global Most Loved Workplaces® 2026.
But behind every award, there is a more important question: what makes people actually enjoy working here?
So we asked our team what benefits they value most. And while the summer 4-day workweek and unlimited PTO made the list, many answers pointed to something bigger: the way we work and build together.

To understand what these recognitions look like from the inside, we asked our team: What benefits do you value most at YouScan?
The obvious favorites showed up right away:

But the real surprise was how many answers didn’t sound like a benefits list at all. People kept coming back to the things that shape everyday work: who they work with, and what they work on.
People who make you better
Supportive managers, talented colleagues, transparency, and the feeling that help is always close came up again and again.

Work that feels interesting and meaningful
Another thing people valued was having genuinely interesting tasks, space to make decisions, and the feeling that their opinion is reflected in how work actually moves forward.

Teammates also talked about the value of the product itself: building something useful, seeing client satisfaction, and having a real chance to contribute ideas that can make the tool better.
