For comprehensive social media monitoring, we highly recommend working with our dashboards regularly. However, our in-house research team can also create regular reports for you in a format of your choice (PPT, PDF, Google Docs, XLS), and conduct deep custom research based on social media data. Within our reporting service, we also offer manual sorting of mentions within your monitoring topics (clear up «noise» posts, conduct sentiment analysis, tagging/categorization, identification of paid posts and mentions by bots). Yes. If you are subscribed to one of the paid plans, you can cancel your YouScan subscription at any time. To do that, you simply need to send us an e-mail at email@example.com. All details related to price recalculation are described in the user agreement.
Yes. If you are already subscribed to one of our paid plans, you can switch to a different plan, starting on the weekday following your written notice of intent to switch. You need to indicate your desired subscription plan in the notice. After that, we will be able to recalculate the updated cost of your subscription.
A «topic» is a set of keywords that describe the object of your monitoring. It may include lots of keywords and their combinations (e.g., variations of the company name, brand, product, as well as words that help specify the monitoring object), used by the system to find relevant mentions across social media networks. You can create and delete topics within your account at any time. Our support team is always happy to assist with setting up the topic, and find keywords or their combinations to help you get the most accurate results of monitoring.
We accept all cashless payment methods. You can pay on a monthly basis or make an upfront payment for an annual subscription. We accept US dollars and Euro.
